Programme Information





SPAR China has prepared an extension for those who wish to explore the capital cities of ancient China - Xi’an and Beijing.


Sunday 30th May

Transfer to Xi’an which will be 1 hour and 45 minutes in duration. We will stay at the luxurious five star Shangri la Hotel *****


Monday 31st May

The Terracotta Army were built to protect the tomb of the first Emperor of the united China - Emperor Qin Shi Huang and to serve the Emperor in the after-life. The terracotta warriors are located in the capital of ancient China - Xi’an.


Tuesday 1st June

Depart from Xi’an to Beijing. Stay in the Forbidden City China World Hotel *****

Adjacent to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City has 9,999 rooms and halls. Walk around the Forbidden City and experience for yourself how the last Emperor of China lived here.


Wednesday 2nd June

Visit one of the seven world miracles - the Great Wall of China. Stretching 6000km in length, the Great Wall was built in order to protect China from invaders and enemies.

Farewell Dinner.


Thursday 3rd June

Return Home from Beijing Capital Airport
