Congress information

Hotel Acounts
All accommodation, excursions and meals as described in the programme are covered by your initial payment. Any incidental personal expenses such as costs for the mini bar, telephone or additional night(s) accommodation will be charged to your personal room account. Please ensure at all hotels that the reception has your credit card number in order to settle your bill, or settle the account in cash upon departure.

Languages
Simultaneous translation into English, German, Italian and Spanish will be provided during the Congress sessions. Should there be sufficient demand, translation into other languages can be arranged. The hostesses/guides of the (partners) programme will also provide translations into these languages.

Name Badges
During the Congress, it would be appreciated if you could wear the name badges (provided in the conference kit upon arrival) at all times.

Cancellation
Kindly inform Ms Ans Cornelisse at the SPAR International office in Amsterdam well in advance and in writing of any cancellations and/or changes in the arrival or departure dates.

Unfortunately, you will be responsible for any cancellation or amendment fees incurred.

Please consider the prices quoted, including the hotel accommodation, as package deals. All extras in the hotels, such as telephone calls and mini-bar, are to be paid individually at departure in each of the hotels.
